I designed this corporate artwork and booklet for a large corporate company to help explain performance ratings to its staff members. The company name and affiliate logos have been removed for privacy and non-disclosure reasons but everything else remains as it was designed. They wanted a fun take on their corporate brand so I was not too restricted and had free reign to create something in keeping but more enticing and enjoyable to read through.
The corporate ratings booklet design was influenced by their logo and font or typefaces used in their other branded artwork but used a more fun and inviting layout.
The design was intended to be produced as a ring bound booklet so the artwork had to take into consideration where the binding was to be placed over the artwork. This meant that careful attention was needed to ensure that each page allowed space for the ring binding depending on which order the pages were to go in and to make sure that everything remained clear and legible with enough free space so that no info or important details of the design were obscured by the binding.
Also shown here is an example of some internal marketing to highlight sales incentives within the companies. This did not need to follow any corporate branding styles but was rather intended to get employees attention and encourage a strong work ethic by offering a reward system for employees at the top of their game.
